H. Weathers, 89, pioneer resident of Shawnee. Weathers, who died Sunday at the Clinton hospital, had lived here many years. He left about five years ago. Survivors include three sons, Charles and Floyd Weathers, Los Angeles, Calif., and Bill Weathers, of Kansas, and a daughter, Mrs. Jim Pruitt, Binger route 2. All of the children are former local residents. Several grandchildren also survive, among them being Mrs. Thomas Goodman, 1015 North Louisa. Burial was in Hydro cemetery.
