She was predceded in death by her parents; her father-in-law, Paul Whaley and on brother-in-law, Leonard Easterling. She married Larry Thomas Whaley Dec. 24, 1964 in Fort Cobb. She worked at Anadarko Daily News for several years as a bookkeeper. She also worked at the ASCS office in Anadarko before buying and operation Downtown Flowers and Gifts in Fort Cobb. She was a prominent and active member of the Fort Cobb community and the First Baptist Church of Fort Cobb. Burial was in the Fort Cobb Cemetery under the direction of the Fort Cobb Funeral Home of Fort Cobb. --------------------------------------------------------------------
