All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 6 Jan 2003 Williams Sr, Robert Lee CYRIL - Funeral for Robert Lee Williams Sr., 60, Cyril, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Cement, with Bill Long, pastor, Cement United Methodist Church and the Rev. Roger Bennett, pastor, First Baptist Church, Cement, officiating. Mr. Williams died Friday, Jan. 3, 2003, at his home. Burial will be at Cement Cemetery under direction of Robbins Funeral Home. He was born Sept. 26, 1942, in Goshen, Ore., to Marlow Woodrow and Bessie Marie Williams. He grew up and attended school in the Cement area. He married Darlene Small on June 3, 1978, in Yale. He worked as a welder in construction and in the oil fields. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the Comanche Tribe. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Cement. Survivors include his wife, of the home; a daughter, Tomasa Gomez, Cyril; four sons: Robert Williams Jr. and Derald Dean Williams, both of Anadarko; Jimmy Marlow Williams, Apache; and Chris Williams, Oklahoma City; two stepdaughters: Carla Aul, Dallas, Texas; and Paula O"Brian, Chickasha; two sisters: Marla Morton, Cyril; and Sherrill Pierce, Cement; a brother, Darrell Williams, Cement; 16 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; 10 nephews; and a niece. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Janet Kinder Woods. Friends may visit at the Robbins Cement Chapel.
