Services for Eva C. Wainscott, 74, Cement, were held at 1:30 p.m.Monday, Febrary 12, 1990 in the Cement First Baptist Church with Rev. Donnie BOND, pastor, officiating. Mrs. WAINSCOTT was born October 11, 1915 at Cement and died Friday February 9, 1990 in Grady Memorial Hospital, Chichasha. She married Charles W. WAINSCOTT on February 23, 1935 at Cyril. He preceded her in death on August 5, 1979. She was also preceded in death by her parents, John D. and Nancy Lemar DEAN BROYLES; one brother, three stepbrothers and one stepsister. Mrs. WAINSCOTT was a lifelong resident of Cement and was a member of the First Baptist Church. She had worked as the city clerk for the town of Cement for 15 years and later worked for Pet Inc. and Badgett's in Chickasha. At one time Mrs. WAINSCOTT operated a cafe in Cement. Survivors include two daughters and two sons-in-law, Barbara and Perry SUTTERFIELD of Cyril, Sherry and Ted ZACHARY of Yukon; one stepsister, Georgis(a?) CARTER of Phoenix, Arizona; four grandsons: Richard SUTTERFIELD of Duncan, Patrick SUTTERFIELD of Ardmore, Brian SUTTERFIELD of Biloxi, Mississippi, and Scott ZACHARY of Yukon; one granddaughter, Terri GREENLY of Yukon; and eight great grandchildren. Burial was in Cyril Celestial Gardens Cemetery under direction of the Cyril Funeral Home.
