Woods-Geddis Hazel L. Woods-Geddis, 90, of Marysville died Aug. 16, 2007, at her daughter’s residence in Marysville. Born in Apache, Okla., she was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 27 years, previously living in Fremont. She retired from Caterpillar Tractor Co. in San Leandro in 1962 after 15 years of service. She and her first husband, George Woods, were founding members of the First Baptist Church of Niles. Survivors include a daughter, Fonda Bonner of Marysville; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, George Woods and Emery “Bill” Geddis; a daughter, Sharlyn Guerra; and three brothers, Robert Teague, Benjamin Ray Teague and Orvil Teague. Donations may be made to Sutter North Hospice, 826 Fourth St., Marysville, CA 95901. Services: A service is at 1 p.m. Saturday, preceded by visitation at 11 a.m., at Mission Chapel, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward.
