LESSIE M. ZENGER Funeral services for Lessie Mable Zenger, 85, were held January 19 at the Pentecostal Holiness Church, HInton, with the Rev. T. Ralph Davis, officiating. Burial was at Lookeba Cemetery under the direction of Hinton-Turner Funeral Home. Mrs. Zenger was born October 18, 1895 at Flatt, Missouri and she passed away January 16 at Stratford. She moved to the Lookeba and Hinton areas in 1904 from Missouri. She lived with her daughter, Mae, at Stratford, for the last year before entering a nursing home there. She and Henry Zenger were united in marriage on August 23, 1920 at Anadarko. She was a housewife and member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church of Hinton. She was a very patient, loving mother and grandmother. Survivors include two sons, John of Dos Palos, California and Jim of Wichita, Kansas; two daughters, Mae Ingram of Stratford and Maxine Coker of Longview, Texas; thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; a sister, Juanita Bebout of Agusta, Kansas; a brother, Verd Tonkinson of Duncan; plus several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
