Lawsuit filed by E.G. Fischer against John F. Kroutil and his brothers, 
Thomas A. and Robert A. Kroutil and his nephews, R.B. and N.F. Kroutil for 
stock they bought/acquired from A. F. Dobry, T.A. Dobry, J.E. Dobry, Mary 
Dobry Normwood, and Vernie Kostka.
