All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::East Lawn Palms Cemetery--Tucson AZ Tucson Citizen, Tucson AZ BOYER, Lawrence (Larry) A., of Cochise, Arizona died July 2, 2006. He was born on November 4, 1913 at home about six miles southwest of Calumet, Oklahoma to John H. Boyer and Harriett Gilman. Larry served as a Master Sergeant in the US Army Air Corps during WWII. On April 21, 1946, he married Elizabeth Jeanne Bellotte in Miami, Arizona. Larry worked as an aircraft mechanic at Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson from 1942 to 1974. After retirement in 1974, Larry and Jeanne lived in Tucson until 1984 when they moved to Cochise, Arizona. He loved prospecting, rock hounding, hunting and fishing. Survivors include sons, John (Kay) of Mesa, AZ, Frank of Portland, OR, Robert (Rose) of Bothell, WA, Darryl (Jean) of Tucson and David (Karin) of Little Elm, TX along with seven grandchildren, Jon, Brian, Kristen, Daniel, Gwyn, Joel and Melinda. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanne, his parents and two brothers. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Lyle Pettit at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 2006, EAST LAWN PALMS CEMETERY AND MORTUARY, 5801 E.
