All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Carson, Glennalee "Gi" Glennalee "Gi" Carson passed away December 26, 2002 after a lengthy battle with heart disease. Her loving heart finally failed her. She was born July 30, 1925 in Mustang, OK to Clyde and Betty Brown, graduated from Classen and worked for the Army during World War II as a civilian. She was also a legal secretary, interior decorator and homemaker, the latter being her top priority. She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and one brother. She leaves behind her husband of 56 years, Richard Carson; son Rick and wife Donna Carson of Houston; daughter Christy and husband Tim Hanshew of OKC; grandchildren Richard Carson and Sarah and Micah Hanshew; sisters Maxine Penn and Doris Wilson and numerous nieces and nephews. She was an elegant, classy lady full of beauty, humor, spirit and integrity. Heaven is surely a prettier place now, as we are sure she is already redecorating it. We loved her dearly and will miss her immense presence in our lives. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 31, 2002 at the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel with interment to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
