All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Elliott, Rosalie Frances (Bowlware) Rosalie Frances (Bowlware) Elliott, age 80 died Sunday September 22, 2002 at an Oklahoma City hospital after a short illness. She was born July 28, 1922 at Mustang, Oklahoma to Jasper Con and Mary Susan Scott Bowlware and grew up in Mustang. She was a graduate of Capitol Hill High School in Oklahoma City. Rosalie was a military wife who had lived in New Mexico, New York, Germany before retiring in California. She and her husband Brooks moved back to Oklahoma in 1992. She was very musical and sang in several different choirs and quartets, loved to do handwork such as crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint and beadwork. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Mustang. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Brooks and two brothers Lewis and Scott. Survivors include her son James Elliott and wife Donna of Oklahoma City, one grandson Brian and wife Stephanie, one sister Virginia Voiselle and husband Bill of Ninety Six, South Carolina and many nieces and nephews on both the Bowlware and Elliott families. Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday September 26, 2002 in the Chapel of The Good Shepherd at McNeil's Mustang Funeral Service, with interment following in Mustang Cemetery, Mustang, OK.
