All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Yukon Cemetery--Yukon OK Gene Daryl Housh, age 74, died Monday May 19, 2003 at Canadian Valley Hospital in Yukon. He was born October 6, 1928 to Harry and Mary Housh in Fremont, Nebraska. He served in The United States Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. Gene then went to work for Western Union and the State of Oklahoma where he retired after many years of service. He was an avid golfer and most proud of his 'hole-in-one' at The Trails in Norman. Gene was a member of the Crimson Creek Golf Club, an active member of the 'Seniors Group' at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Yukon. Preceding him in death are his daughter Kimberly, brother Roland, and his parents. Gene is survived by his wife Vivian of the home, sons Daniel and Mitchell of Yukon, daughter Candace of Mustang, six beloved grandchildren and two precious great grandchildren. Memorial gifts may be made to Gene Housh Memorial-Resurrection Lutheran Church 675 Vandament Yukon, OK 73099. Funeral services are Saturday May 24, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at the Resurrection Lutheran Church with interment following at the Yukon Cemetery.
