Helen Ilene Lively

UNION CITY, Okla. - Helen Ilene Woodyard Lively, 79, died Monday, Sept. 1, 
1997, in Amarillo.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church. Burial will 
be in the Union City Cemetery by Bill Merritt Funeral Service in Mustang.

Mrs. Lively was born in Du Quoin, Ill., and had lived in Union City for 10 
years.

Survivors include three sons, Luther Dean Lively of Union City and John 
Milton Lively and Earl Wayne Lively, both of Amarillo; a daughter, Sharon 
Eileen Critchlow of Amarillo; three sisters, Ethle Krug of Lincoln, Ill., 
Alta Morgan of Du Quoin and Ida Duddleston of Lakewood, Colo.; 12 
grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 12 
step-great-grandchildren.
