Mays, Betty J. Ford
 
Memorial services for Betty J. Ford Mays, 68, of Edmond will be held 10:00 
a.m. Monday at the Peace Lutheran Church in Edmond. Interment will follow 
in Okarche, OK. Services are under the direction of Baggerley Funeral Home 
of Edmond. Mrs. Mays was born September 2, 1933 in Okarche, OK and died 
July 10, 2002, in Robertsdale, Alabama. She was retired from the city of 
Edmond and a member of the Peace Lutheran Church of Edmond. Survivors 
include 2 daughters Brenda and Steve Wackerly of Jones, OK; Barbara and 
Wayne Cooper of Robertsdale, Alabama; 1 son Bobby and Jaye Ford of Lake 
Jackson, TX; sister and brother in law Virginia and Bill Reiswig of El 
Reno, OK; 1 uncle Jack Brown of Hemet, CA; 2 aunts Freda Schroeder of 
Okarche, OK and Leona Danniehl of Okarche, OK; 7 grandchildren and 3 great 
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Bob J. Ford, her 
parents Dick and Dortha Ahlden, and 1 sister Minnie Mae Ballard. The 
family request that memorials be made to the Hospice Center of Edmond, 101 
E. Hurd, Suite F, Edmond, OK 73034. Baggerley Funeral Home 930 S. 
Broadway, Edmond
