All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== The Tuttle Times 3 March 2004 MICHAEL ALLEN "MIKE" PAPPE Funeral services for Michael Allen "Mike" Pappe, 45, of Union City were held Tuesday, March 2, 2004, 2:00 PM at the Saint Josephs Catholic Church in Union City with Rev. Sonja Tobey of the Union City United Methodist Church officiating. Mr. Pappe was born December 24, 1958 at El Reno to Albert W. and Martha (Dixon) Pappe and left this world to live with the Lord on Wednesday, February 25, 2004 in Reno, Nevada after a lengthy illness. He had lived in Union City all of his life and was a member of the Union City United Methodist Church. He graduated from Union City High School in 1977 where he was a member of the Union City FFA. Mr. Pappe went on to Canadian Valley Vocational School for two years and became a licensed Electrician. He was a farmer and rancher for many years and a former member of the Union City Lions Club. Mr. Pappe was a member of the Minco Ag Boosters and served as President on the Union City Cemetery Board, since 1998. He participated in many other community and town acitivities through his life. Michael married Tracy Thomas in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Mr. Pappe was preceded in death by his father Albert W. Pappe. He is survived by his wife Tracy of the home in Union City; mother: Martha Pappe of Union City; one son: Jimmy Pappe of the home; three step daughters: Kasey, Brittany and Courtney Vickers of the home; one uncle: Raymond Pappe and wife Shirley of Oklahoma City; numerous other relatives and friends.
