All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Ream, Helen Marguerite Helen Marguerite Ream, 90, of Muskogee died Wednesday, December 25, 2002 at Broadway Manor Health Care Center. She was born February 20, 1912 to John Richard and Rosa (Hollenbeck) Hutton in Canadian County, Oklahoma. Mrs. Ream attended El Reno Public Schools. In 1931, she was married to Arthur M. Ream and together they moved to Muskogee in 1945. Mrs. Ream was a member of the First United Methodist Church since the transfer of her membership from Ellison Avenue Methodist Church in El Reno which she had joined as a young woman. She was active in the United Methodist Women's Circle. Both she and Mr. Ream were members of the Ongoers Club of ONEOK, Inc. Mrs. Ream was preceded in death by her husband, parents, siblings and one son, Carl Milton Ream. She is survived by one son, Donald Lester Ream, of New Orleans, LA; daughter-in law, Willodean (Burris) Ream of Edmond; two sisters-in-law, Evelyn O'Conner Hutton of Topeka, KS and Alma Ream Cherry of Guthrie, OK; three grandchildren, Mark Milton Ream of Dallas, TX, Maria (Ream) Jones of Austin, TX and Rebecca (Ream) Parker of Edmond, OK; eight great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friend and caregiver, Louise Larue. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday, December 30, 2002 at First United Methodist Church with Reverend Tom McElroy officiating. Interment will follow in Greenhill Cemetery. Friends may wish to remember Mrs. Ream by making memorials to the Alzheimer's Association, 6465 S. Yale, Suite 811, Tulsa, OK 74136 or the charity of their choice. Funeral service arrangements are under the direction of Foster-Petering Funeral Home.
