Willingham, Kathryn Ellen Kathryn Ellen Willingham went to be with her Lord on Sunday, September 21, 2003, at the Seminole Estates Nursing Center at the age of 94. She was born on March 6, 1909, in El Reno, to her parents: John Henry and Tennesse Angeline (King) Bannister. She graduated from El Reno High School in 1927, and attended Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha for a year. She married Thomas Hugh Willingham in 1927 and had seven children.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter: Patti, her son: Thomas Hugh Jr., and her brother: Ray. She is survived by 3 sons: Donald of Seminole, OK., Roger of Chicago, IL, and Ken of Plano, TX.; 2 daughters: Susan Duvall of Seminole, OK., and Rita Millspaugh of Oklahoma City, OK.; 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church, and taught Sunday School for many years at Seminole and El Reno. She worked for 26 years as the Registrar of Vital Statistics for Canadian County, until 1994. Funeral services for Kathryn will be held at 10:00 AM., Thursday, September 25, 2003, in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Francis Snodgrass will officiate.
