August 1, 1899 Charged with Killing Cherokees Muskogee, I. T. July 31â?"JIM WALTERS, JIM MAKEHEAD, DAVE BIRD, ARCH BULLET, CHARLES BOWLING, WATT FEATHER and JOHN DODGERS have been put in the U. S. jail by deputy marshal BROWN, charged with killing RED CLOUD BROWN and SILVER SPOON, Cherokees, last January.
