Submitted by: Trisha Abshire Silva trishasilva@yahoo.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Daily Ardmoreite (April 1994) NAOMI MCMILLEN BRAY Funeral services for Naomi Marie Bray, 64, will be at 2pm, Friday April 15, in the First Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Gene Fulcher will officiate with interment in Mount Olive Cemetery. Mrs Bray died early Wednesday morning, April 13, 1994, in an Ardmore hospital. The daughter of Albert and Edith Catherine McMillen, she was born January 3, 1930, in Wilson, and had lived in this area all of her life. She married Joe David Bray on Feb. 20, 1952, in Healdton. Mrs. Bray was a longtime member of the First Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, J.D. of the home; two daughters, Kathy Bowen, Wilson, and Vicki Branch, Healdton; three brothers, Charles McMillen, Roff, and Bill and Donnie McMillen, both of Wilson; three sisters, Fern Fulton, Wilson, Faye Abshire , Los Banos, Calif., Linda Jeffers, Bakersfield, Calif., and five granddaughters. She was preceded in death by a brother, A.C. McMillen, in 1980.
