*Belew, Bertha Lou
Bertha Lou Belew, 94, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2006, in Azle.
Graveside service: 1:30 p.m. Monday in Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation: noon Sunday at Greenwood Funeral Home.
Mrs. Belew was born Oct. 28, 1911, in Ardmore, Okla. She was a member of the Ladies VFW Auxiliary.
Survivors: Sons, J.W. Barnes of Fort Worth and Claude C. Barnes Sr. of Azle; grandchildren, Jeannie Barnes and Claude Barnes Jr., both of Azle; great-grandchildren, Chester Barnes III, Elizabeth Farris and Jessica Collins, all of Azle; and six great-great-grandchildren.
