A graveside service will be held at Fowler Dist. Cemetery on Thursday, January 25, 1996, at 2p.m. Visitation will be held at Wallins Fowler Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 24, 1996, from 3p.m. to 7p.m. Additional information provided by Submitter; Rosie Leeonia McBee-Cook-Scott was born January 10, 1913, in "Oil City, Carter Co., Oklahoma" to John Andrew Jackson (Jack) McBee and Emma Akin Lee-Luster-McBee, who were married in Milo, IT in 1901. She was the third of four children all born in the Carter Co., Ok area, and was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, two brothers and one half brother, in addition to her husband of 53 years Elmer Jefferson Cook, and second husband of 4 years, Robert Willard Scott.
