Mon. Mar. 28, 1927 Funeral for Hunt Delayed Services to be Held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Bettes Funeral Home Delay in the funeral of Thomas V. HUNT, federal soldier, who died Sunday at a hospital in Oklahoma City, was announced today, due to failure of the body to arrive as was expected Monday evening. The body is to reach here on the late afternoon train. Service will be held Wednesday afternoon at 3 oÕclock at the Bettes funeral home chapel, with Rev. Claud RHOADS, pastor, of the Carter Avenue Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill. Pall bearers are requested to meet at the chapel at 2:45 oÕclock. Those named are Jim MAY, Bud WICKER, Mr. CHAMBERS, LaMont BYERS, Tom HOLLAND, and Mr. FLEENER. Mrs. Sherman BANKS, 300 C Street Southeast, and Mrs. Sid UNDERWOOD, 208 North Washington, are nieces of Mr. Hunt, and Arch NELMS, also of Ardmore, is a nephew. T. H. BANKS, 1100 B Street Northwest, who died Sunday is a relative. Mr. Hunt was 78 years old and had lived in Ardmore for many years. He had been a patient at the soldiers hospital in Sulphur
