"Billy" 1946 - 2005 William D. "Billy" Hendricks, 58, died Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at a hospital in Healdton, Okla. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Monday at Community Fellowship Assembly of God Church in Ringling, Okla. Memorials: Community Fellowship Assembly of God Church in Ringling, in care of Roberts Funeral Home, 301 Sinclair St., Healdton, Okla. 73438, in lieu of flowers. Mr. Hendricks was born July 13, 1946, in Fort Worth, son of Lloyd and Hazel Shadox Hendricks. He was raised and attended school in the Fort Worth area. He married Lela Nash on Nov. 24, 1981, in Fort Worth and they made their home in the Metroplex. He was an expert welder and chef and, in his spare time, he loved to fish, cook on his grill and ride Harley motorcycles. They purchased a farm in Ringling, Okla., in 2000, which they greatly enjoyed. He was a member of Community Fellowship Assembly of God Church in Ringling. He will be missed by the many friends he had in the Fort Worth and Ringling areas. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Dwayne Hendricks; brother-in-law, Marion Kittle Sr.; and friends, Ronny and Susan Sloan. Survivors: His wife of 23 years, Lela; sons and daughters-in-law, Billy Don and Tracy Hendricks of Fort Worth, Donald and Juany Craig of Arlington and Daniel and Melody Craig of Wilson, Okla.; daughter, Mary Craig of Grand Prairie; sister, Amanda Kittle of Fort Worth; nephew, Marion Jr. and wife, Karen Kittle, of Fort Worth; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandson; one great-nephew; and one great- niece.
