Funeral Held Friday For Mrs Edith McMillen

Services were held Friday afternoon at the Baptist Chuch in Wilson, for 
Mrs Edith Catherine McMillen with Rev. J.P. Dane officiating. Burial was 
in the Hewitt Cemetery with Richeson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. McMillen died Wednesday January 7, (1948) in Texas. She was born 
July 24, 1911, and had lived in this community until a few years ago when 
the family moved to Littlefield, Texas.

Survivors include her husband, Albert. and eight children : four sons. 
A.C. Charles, Billy Ray and Donnie. Four daughters: Gloria Fern, Lawanda, 
and Glenda, all of Littlefield, Texas and Naomi Lindsey, Wilson: her mother, 
Mrs. Mary Way, Wilson: and a brother Edward Way, Dallas Texas.
