Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Llano East Cemetery with Rick D. Mathis, pastor of West Amarillo Christian Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Moats was born in Violet Hill, Ark., and had lived in Amarillo most of her life. She was a homemaker. She married Bennie Allen Moats in 1969 at Ardmore, Okla. He died in January. Survivors include a daughter, Rhonda DeLeon of Amarillo; two stepdaughters, Rose Grady of Amarillo and Diane Collins of Dumas; a son, Freddie Hankins of Amarillo; two stepsons, Elton Moats of Springfield, Mo., and John Ross of Amarillo; a brother, Buddy Ballard of Amarillo; 20 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. The family will be at 804 S.
