Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Rick Parnell, associate pastor of Central Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Parker had been a resident of Pampa since the early 1940s before moving to Round Rock in 1999. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. Survivors include four children, Richard Laphon Chance of Ardmore, Okla., Cheryl Chance Patrick of Cedar Park, Joan Chance Terrell of Whitney and Rosella Chance Stout of Poolville; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
