Dan Patman officiating. Born to Wilson and Sallie Hooks Feb. 1, 1906 in Ardmore I.T., Mrs. Shockley died Saturday in a local hospital after a brief illness. A lifetime resident of Ardmore, she was the widow of Horace D. Shockley who died Nov. 2, 1982. She was a member of First Methodist Church, a former employee of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co., and retired employee of C.W. Tomlinson. Survivors include a son, Donald B. Lynn, Norman; stepson, Harold T. Shockley, Lovington, N.M.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church Capital Funds Campaign. Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home will direct services.
