  Franklin Thomas THOMPSON, 82, died Friday, May 11, 2001, at his home in 
  Sun City (CA.). Born Oct. 25, 1918 in Wilson (Carter Co.) Okla., he was a
  resident of Sun City for eight years.

  Mr. Thompson was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Anna Thompson; 
  his son Theodore, and his mother and father Thomas and Mertle Thompson. 
  He is survived by his son Michael Thompson; brother Robert Thompson; eight 
  grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
