It can be found near the Briggs Free Holiness Church, located in Briggs, OK. Traveling west on Highway 62 through the town of Briggs, one can see the cemetery on the left hand side of the road. The cemetery is directly next to a small white church, which can be plainly viewed from the highway. Note: if you reach the Briggs School on 62 West, then you have gone too far and passed the cemetery. This cemetery has a metal gate all the way around it. The graveyard appears to be well-kept. There are a few graves located outside the cemetery gates, and there are also a few unmarked graves. We have been informed that this is also known as the Philpott Cemetery. This cemetery might appear to be on the church property, but it is actually a family burial ground.
