All the prisoners who are to be tried in the northern district, and who were in jail at Muskogee, were transferred to the northern district holdover at Vinita Tuesday. There were forty three prisoners in all. Twenty one white men, thirteen negroes and nine Indians, and are charged with crimes ranging from bootlegging to murder. The removal of these prisoners from the "bull pen" at Muskogee to the alleged temporary jail at Vinita, is the last act in the division of the northern district.
