The bank sued him for the $11,000, which was stolen from the bank two months ago, by a band of robbers from Oklahoma. Starr denies having received any money from the bank, and asks the bank be made to prove its claims. The money, which was on Starr at the time of his arrest in Colorado, remains in the hands of the clerk until the case is disposed of. W. M. Cravens and Clayton & Brizzolara are Starr's attorneys. Ft.
