Arrangements are by Mallett Funeral Home, Wagoner. Patricia Ann (Cook) Welch was born Dec. 30, 1940, in Roseville, Calif., to Arthur and Doris (Calif.llison) Cook. Patricia married Bill Welch, and was a homemaker. Patricia Welch departed from this life on Monday, April 4, 2005, at her home in Locust Grove. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one grandson. She is survived by her husband; children and stepchildren, Richard Barton and wife Melissa of Wagoner, Rodney Barton and Dian Black of Cookson, Billy Welch of Austin, Texas, Debra Barton of Sacramento, Calif., Tammy Haught and husband John of Locust Grove, OK, and Kay Escamilla and husband John of Sacramento, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandson; and sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Richard Borsh of Stagecoach, Nev.
