Burial will follow in the Tahlequah City Cemetery under the direction of Reed-Culver Funeral Home, (918) 456-2551. Casketbearers will be Bret Smith, A.C. Fields, Russell Carnes, Kevin Hurst, Shelldon Miggletto and Jackie Willis. Irene Edith Marshall was born Dec. 18, 1918, in Minneapolis, Minn., to Harold and Carrie (Briegel) Schiefelbein, and passed from this life Nov. 8, 2005, in Tahlequah, at the age of 86. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Carrie Schiefelbein; and her husband, Grant Marshall. Irene is survived by three daughters, Jo Anne Pippin, Joyce Ritchie and husband Fred, and Donna Wageman and husband Marvin; six grandchildren, Nancy Fields and husband A.C., Cathy Carnes and husband Russell, Christinia Hurst and husband Kevin, Dusty Miggletto and husband Shelldon, Jennifer Dawn Willis and husband Jackie, and Bret Smith and wife Caycee; 12 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Paulson; two brothers, Harold Schiefelbein and Donald Schiefelbein; and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
