Member for 21 years of Parkland Baptist Church. Carpenter for South Park Development Copany. (He was born in Flint, Delaware Co., 3 Dec 1908 and raised in Cherokee Co. but as an adult moved to Tulsa with his family.) He died 30 Nov 1974. Survived by: Wife, Rebecca of the home: 3 sons, Dwight Neel, JC Meel, Kenneth Neel, 1 daughter, Jacqueline Norman; parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. C. Neel, of Tahlequah, Okla. 5 brothers, Burt Neel, Ollie Neel, Robert Neel, Roy Lee Neel, L.C. Neel 2 sisters, Jewell Van Osdol, Geraldine Crawford, 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
