Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First United Pentecostal Church with Lloyd Weatherford officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Garden in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors in Borger. Mr. Ellis was born on April 1, 1929 in Hulbert, Okla. He was a tool pusher for Spradling Drilling. Survivors include his wife, Laura Ellis; a son, James Ellis of Borger; three daughters, Sherry Burns of Borger, Dana Crawley of Austin, and Cindy Dennis of Fritch; four sisters, Vernice Miller, Edith Broom, Genevee Ellis and Jewel Benge, all of Hulbert, Okla.; and 10 grandchildren.
