Linda Sue Whorton

Linda Sue Whorton, born Nov. 22, 1958, in Rogers, Ark., to James Allen Davis and 
Shirley (Bohannon) Davis, passed from this life Oct. 29, 2005, at the age of 46. 
She is preceded in death by her father, James Allen Davis; her mother Shirley Jane 
Reynolds and one brother, Steven Allen Davis.

Linda is survived by her husband, Manford Dean Whorton; daughter, Kimberley Bernice 
Whorton; son, Travis Dean Whorton; two grandchildren, Kaitlynne Nicole Jane Whorton 
and Colton Joe Patton; three step-grandchildren, Angel Sinor, Shelby Sinor and 
Autumn Sinor; sisters, Barbara Ann Bodine, Deborah Jean Linsch and Lana Weides; 
brothers, James Martin Davis, Tom Davis and Tim Davis; and stepbrothers, Jerry 
Roberts and Larry Roberts.

Casketbearers will be Virgil Smith, Gary Smith, Dewayne Smith, Bob Rohde, Harold 
Aldridge and Roy Thompson. Honorary casketbearers include E.J. Barnett and William 
Darrell Blossom.

Graveside services were held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2005, at Teresita 
Cemetery, with Rev. Guy Pickup officiating. Services were under the direction of 
Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
