Herb Patterson officiating. Interment will follow in Cookson- Proctor Cemetery, Cookson, Okla., under the direction of Hart Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers will be Bill Wheeler Jr., Robert Wheeler, Lucky Wheeler, Wesley Davis, Michael Payton Jr., Chris Brown, Mark Quillman and Chris Quillman. Honorary pallbearers will be Corey Wheeler, Jake Harrison, Clarence Panther, Kurt Quillman, David Quillman and Gene Guinn. Patricia LeEllen Davis was born to Michael John Payton and Geraldine Carpenter Dilbeck on July 19, 1932, in Tulsa, Okla., and died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2001 in Tulsa at the age of 69. On Jan. 21, 1950 Patricia married Huston Davis in Tulsa, Okla. A creative person, Mrs. Davis was an artist who loved to paint and write stories. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and loved just being home. She was of the Baptist faith. Her parents and stepfather, James Dilbeck preceded her in death. Survivors include her five children, Phyllis and Bill Wheeler of Welling, Okla., Paula and David Guffy of Tulsa, Okla., Mike and Denise Davis of Welling, Okla., Tony and Marcia Davis of Gans, Okla., and Patty Gene Guinn of Bunch, Okla.; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; her special friend Jeanette Panther and husband , Clarence, of Tulsa; and a host of friends and loved ones.
