Dave Devries officiating. Burial will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home. Visi9tation will be Thursday, April 25, from noon until the time of services at the church. Pallbearers will be Chase Holmes, Jerry Holmes, Dr. William T O'Brien Jr., H.I. Stahlman III, Michael P. Thompson and John Williams. Mrs. McKinley was born Oct. 1, 1917, in Hartford, Ark., the daughter of Rev. William Porter and Margaret Lucille Sanders Hail. She attended the University of Arkansas and lived much of her life in Louisiana and Oklahoma. She moved to Natchez from Tahlequah in 1995. Sara was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Chapter CP, P.E.O.; serving as president. She was a former member of William Dunbar Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Dorothea Hail. She is survived by he husband of 60 years, Dee C. McKinley; one daughter, Susan Burwell and husband, Dr. John S. Burwell, of Natchez, Miss.;one grandson, John S. Burwell III of Arlington, Va.; one sister, Mrs D.B. McAllister Sr. of Sapulpa; one niece, Mrs. Frank Marrs of Olathe, Kansas; one nephew, Donald B. McAllister Jr. of Tulsa; and three sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
