Nadine Dorthy Nowell

BORGER - Nadine Dorthy Nowell, 84, died Tuesday, July 1, 2003, in 
Amarillo.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Gateway Baptist Church with 
the Rev. Charles Chris Rawlinson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be 
in Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Nowell was born Jan. 5, 1919, in Soper, Okla. She volunteered at 
Borger Helping Hands for 15 years.

Survivors include two sons, Charles Nowell and Troy Nowell, both of 
Amarillo; a daughter, Doris Forney of Amarillo; a sister, Charlene 
Crane of Antlers, Okla.; eight grandchildren; and 20 great-
grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Gateway Baptist Church in Borger.
