Onita Palmer

SHAMROCK - Onita Palmer, 79, died Tuesday, June 10, 1997.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Shamrock Cemetery with the 
Rev. Kris Riggs, pastor of Eleventh Street Baptist Church, and the Rev. 
Don Conner of Shamrock officiating. Arrangements are by Wright Funeral 
Directors.

Mrs. Palmer was born in Deport. She married Jessie L. Palmer in 1933 at 
Hugo, Okla.

She had lived in the Shamrock area since 1948.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Jo Palmer.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Rex Palmer of Plains, Kan., 
Conny Palmer of Shamrock and John Palmer of Dallas; a daughter, Nekita 
Palmer of Dallas; two sisters, Goldie Griffin of Lubbock and Earlene 
McFatridge of Paris, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and several great-
grandchildren.
