::Lakeview Cemetery--Lakeview TX

Alta Irene Reed

CHILDRESS - Alta Irene Reed, 85, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Memphis Church of Christ with 
Tom Anderson of the church officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview 
Cemetery in Lakeview by Johnson Funeral Home of Childress.

Mrs. Reed was born in Hugo, Okla. She was a homemaker and member of 
the Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Cecil Reed, in 1985 
and by a daughter, Dorothy Johnson, in 1996.

Survivors include two daughters, Doris Dickerson of Abilene and Linda 
Doss of Childress; nine grandchildren; 27 greatgrandchildren; and 11 
great-great-grandchildren.
