MINNIE MAE WRIGHT

Minnie passed away on December 9, 2006, at the age of 91. She was 
born January 18, 1915, in Frogville, Oklahoma, to John and Eller Mae 
Lawrence.

Minnie loved big family get-togethers, cooking, sewing, quilting, 
visiting with friends and family and yard sales. Most of all Minnie 
loved her family. Minnie married the love of her life, Orbie Wright, 
on February 1, 1937.

Their children are Chester Wright and wife Linda of McKinleyville, 
and Donny Wright and his wife Deanna of Willow Creek; their 
grandsons, Johnny Wright of Eureka, Kevin Wright and Brandon Fike of 
McKinleyville; and their great-grandchildren, Kaelyn, Konnor, and 
Stephanie Wright of McKinleyville, Ashley, Christopher and Justin 
Wright of Arcata. Minnie also has numerous nieces and nephews.

Minnie was preceded in death by her husband, Orbie Wright; her 
mother, Eller Mae; her father, John Lawrence; daughter, Linda Gibson; 
grandsons, Shannon Wright and Rick Tall; her sister, Vera Lawrence; 
and brother, Raymond Lawrence.

A visitation will be held on Thursday December 14, 2006, at Paul's 
Chapel from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Graveside 
services will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Friday December 15, 
2006, at 2:00 pm, with Pastor Chuck Clark officiating.

The family would like to thank Seaview Healthcare, Hospice of 
Humboldt, Barbara Wright, and a big special thank you to Tammy 
(Wright) Amen, for being there and going above and beyond the call of 
duty. What a great niece!!

Arrangements are under the care of Paul's Chapel, 1070 H Street, 
Arcata, California.
