Myrtle Weightman

DUMAS - Myrtle Weightman, 81, died Monday, Jan. 3, 2000.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Bible Baptist Church with the 
Rev. Richard L. Weightman, her son, officiating. Burial will be in 
Northlawn Memorial Gardens by Morrison Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Weightman was born in Boswell, Okla., and was a longtime Dumas 
resident. She was a homemaker and member of Bible Baptist Church.

She married Leslie P. Weightman in 1933 at Hollis, Okla. She was 
preceded in death by her husband in 1975 and a daughter, Virginia 
Jordan, in 1995.

Survivors include three daughters, Arlene Gardner of Dumas, Beverly 
McClure of Fritch and Helen Sharpe of Pasadena; a son, Richard L. 
Weightman of Dumas; a sister, Edna Ballard of Bakersville, Calif.; 15 
grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-
grandchildren.

The family will be at 102 Cedar in Dumas.
