Addington John T. Addington, 76, of Amarillo, died Sunday, Feb. 28, 1999. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Llano Cemetery with the Rev. Stan Coffey officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 Bell St. Mr. Addington was born in Lewisville and moved to Amarillo in 1946 from Perryton. He was a Coast Guard veteran and a member of San Jacinto Baptist Church. He was a self-employed building contractor. Mr. Addington had raised horses and was the owner of the Longhorn Motel in Boise City, Okla., for 10 years. He also had lived in Ruidoso, N.M., for 10 years. He married Alice Copeland in 1948 in Amarillo.
