Harold C. Brown
Harold C. Brown, 89, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 1999.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Southlawn Baptist Church with Greg Kinch, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens. Arrangements are by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors.
Mr. Brown was born in Cimarron County, Okla. He was a longtime resident of Amarillo who moved here from Quemado. He was an accountant who was employed by Pantex. He retired in 1974. He was a member of Southlawn Baptist Church.
He married Fannie Brown in 1997.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marie Brown, in 1975.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Marjorie Welborn of Amarillo and Dortha Liner of Laredo; two sisters, Dora Clark of Amarillo and Mildred Meeks of Taylor, Neb.; six grandchildren; 15 greatgrandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent to Amarillo Meals of Wheels.
