Ellsworth BOISE CITY, Okla. - Donald L. Ellsworth, 77, died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2001. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Cimarron Mortuary Chapel of Boise City with Harold James officiating. Burial will be in Boise City Cemetery. Mr. Ellsworth, son of the late Rolla C. and Delia Mae (Means) Ellsworth, was born March 16, 1924, eight miles west of Boise City in Cimarron County. He lived most of his life west of Boise City where he farmed and ran cattle. Survivors include his wife, Wauldine; two stepchildren, Tommie Crowell and Billy McCauley; a sister, Fern Wilson of Boise City; and a stepgrandchild, Bryan McCauley. The family suggests memorials be to Baptist St. Anthony's Hospice of Amarillo; or to Hospital Home Health and Hospice of Boise City in care of Cimarron Mortuary, P.O. Box 277, Boise City, OK 73933.
