Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Boise City Cemetery. Memorial services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Keyes United Methodist Church with Bea Kilborn, Dan Carter and Julienne Judd officiating. A second memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Monday in Bishop Angie Smith Chapel at Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City. Arrangements are by Cimmaron Mortuary. Mr. Elms was born June 23, 1962, in Guymon. He was a member of Keyes United Methodist Church. Survivors include his father, James Elms of Boise City; a sister, Shirley Boyd of Turpin; and two brothers, Erwin Elms of Boise City and Mark Elms of Pampa. The family suggests memorials be to Oklahoma City University Music Center Building Fund and may be sent to the funeral home, P.O. Box 277, Boise City, OK 73933.
