Goff BOISE CITY, Okla. - Clifford F. Goff died Friday, Feb. 28, 1997. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Marella United Methodist Church at Griggs with Harold James and Lloyd Mattocks officiating. Burial will be in Marella Cemetery by Cimarron Mortuary. Mr. Goff was born in Albany, Mo. He moved to the Oklahoma Panhandle to work the wheat harvest in 1928. He married Reba Estella Brown in 1930 at Boise City. He was a member of the Plainview school board and the Cimarron County Memorial Hospital board. He was an active member of the Marella United Methodist church, where he served as the Sunday school treasurer and an usher. He raised cattle and farmed and also worked for the WPA and the state highway projects during the Depression. Survivors include his wife; six children, Gwen Steen of Tulsa, Carolyn Shryock of Boise City, Clayton Goff of Guymon, Clinton Goff of Salem, Ore., Janie Kunselman of Spearman, Texas, and Jeffery Goff of Guymon; two sisters, Ruth Carroll of Marionville, Mo., and Joyce Gilbert of Overland Park, Kan.; two brothers, Glenn Goff of Perry, Iowa, and Dale Goff of Kansas City, Mo.; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
