Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors Bell Avenue Chapel, 5400 S. Bell St., with the Rev. Jerry Coffman officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Highland Cemetery in Lawton, Okla. Mr. Hiner graduated from Keyes, Okla., in 1949 and attended business school in Amarillo. He served in the Navy and enlisted in the Army Reserves, where he worked as a recruiter. Survivors include his wife, Wilma of Cyril, Okla.; two sons, Kimball Lynn Hiner and wife, Roseann, of Santana, Kan., and Philip Craig Hiner of Lawton, Okla.; three daughters, Charla Renee Horn and husband, Jimmy, of Weatherford, Okla., Dana Denise McClure of Lawton and Kayla Sue Toponce and husband, Shane, of Amarillo; a sister, Naomi Faye Paulson and husband, Carl, of Payson, Ariz.; a brother, Billy Don Hiner and wife, Arla, of Amarillo; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandson. The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson St., Amarillo, TX 79101.
