Hipp BOISE CITY, Okla. - Ralph L. Hipp, 76, died Thursday, June 5, 1997. Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with Derek Cox officiating. Burial will be in Boise City Cemetery by Cimarron Mortuary. Mr. Hipp was born in Abbyville, Kan. He graduated from high school at Rolla, Kan. After high school he worked as a welder and machinist. He learned to fly and then joined the Army and served in World War II. After he was honorably discharged, he married Dena G. Newberry in 1946 at Hugoton, Kan. They moved to Boise City in 1948 and had lived there since. Mr. Hipp was a member of the Church of God in Elkhart, Kan., and the National Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was preceded in death by a son, Ralph Lyndon Hipp. Survivors include his wife; a son, Mickey Lynn Hipp of Boise City; a sister, Alice Brown of Fort Supply, Okla.
