Graveside services will be at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in Rose Hill Cemetery of Tulia, Texas, with the Rev. Damon Akins, pastor of First Assembly of God Church in Sayre, officiating. Arrangements are by Wallace Funeral Home of Tulia. Mr. Kell was born April 30, 1927, in Tulia. He married Delores Clark in Tulia on May 26, 1958. He grew up and attended schools in Tulia. He served in the Army Air Force from 1945 to 1947. He worked for Keys Helium Plant in Shiprock, N.M., from 1959 to 1985. He moved to Amarillo and worked for Bushland ISD from 1986 to 1993. He retired in 1993 and in 1995 moved to Boise City. Survivors include his wife; a son, Eldon Kell and wife, Brenda, of Boise City; a sister, Virginia Looney of Amarillo; and three grandchildren, Abbigail Kell, Matthew Kell and Cjae Kell, all of Boise City.
